FAQs about the Ring Dinger®:

Who created the Ring Dinger®?

Dr. Gregory Johnson of Advanced Chiropractic Relief in Houston, Texas, AKA “Your Houston Chiropractor.”

How is the Ring Dinger® performed?

This form of spinal decompression is accomplished by manually stretching and decompressing the spine from the base of the skull down to the sacrum with a high-velocity thrust along the Y-Axis. The result often is immediate relief of the compressive forces placed on the vertebral discs, joints and spinal nerves.

Is there any specialized equipment involved?

Absolutely Yes! A specialized table called a Spinal-Neural Decompression Table is used to perform the Ring Dinger®. The Spinal Neural Decompression table differs from other chiropractic tables because it provides two unique features:

  • The adjustable pins to stabilize the patient’s pelvis
  • The adjustable leg piece to lift the patient’s lower leg to parallel, decreasing pressure of the lumbar intervertebral discs.

These two unique features allow for maximal spinal decompression from the occiput to the sacrum.

What makes you qualified to deliver the Ring Dinger®?

We were:

  • Carefully screened by Dr. Gregory Johnson
  • Personally trained by Dr. Gregory Johnson, and
  • Certified by Dr. Gregory Johnson himself to deliver the Ring Dinger® manual spinal decompression procedure.

Who would benefit from the Ring Dinger® procedure?

Anyone negatively affected by Gravity!
People we care for often present with the following:

  • neck pain
  • radiating pain or numbness into shoulder, arm or hand
  • back pain
  • degenerative discs
  • sciatica
  • scoliosis
  • bulging discs
  • pinched nerves

How is this technique different from other types of chiropractic adjustments?

Most chiropractic adjustments address the vertebral joint restoration in the X and/or Z-Axis. This is a procedure that elongates the spine along the Y-Axis with one smooth motion.

Are there any benefits other than pain relief?

By reducing pressure on the structures of the spine, we are facilitating optimal communication between the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. This allows for improved healing of structures within the spine itself, as well as enhanced function throughout the rest of the body.

What has your experience been since implementing the Ring Dinger® procedure at Oak Creek Relief & Wellness?

We have never seen such dramatic results in such a short period of time. If you can find another drug-free procedure that can make this big of an impact in this short of a time, please let us know about it.

What should be expected as a new patient of The Ring Dinger® procedure?

What you can expect as a new patient is a full medical consultation/history, neurologic-orthopedic examination and x- rays (if necessary) to determine if this treatment is right for you. Once the history/consultation and the exam are complete, we will determine if you are a good candidate for The Ring Dinger®.

If I qualify for the Ring Dinger® and am accepted as a patient, what can I expect after my New Patient visit?

Most patients experience some immediate relief without any discomfort or soreness, but it is not uncommon for some patients to experience some soreness for 1-3 days.

How often is this procedure performed?

Patient Treatment Plans are influenced by many variables. We will consider how often your schedule allows you to get in to the clinic as well as any insurance, and financial concerns. Our goal is to help you get the care you need without you going broke!
